Work Management Templates

Developing a Work Management or #Roadmap requires developing templates that will be inserted through integration of a work order system like #EAM or manually if building it in #P6 from sctatch. The simplest template could just be a project file with a start and finish milestone for day long or short work just needed to allocate hours and materials for a specific job. Additional templates can be identified and generated based on key milestones, unique resourceces, phases, or .materials. Focus should be resource hours spread by key activity durations. Seperate templates for similar type of work for small, medium, or large projects should be identified. All activities within template should be tied, key lags and dependencies should be confirmed and reviewed by SMEs. Consider any mistake or lapse will likely be multiplied into 100s.
